Abstract

This study investigates how management consulting may improve competitive intelligences of service businesses. It explores the competitive intelligences of service businesses and considers how management consulting tools can deliver business value. A business value framework (BVF) for management consulting within service businesses is provided. The study adopts a quantitative data analysis approach and highlights significant constructs and pathways to improve business competitiveness.
