Abstract

[Extract] Thrall's latest edition of this very popular textbook of radiology yet again offers the veterinary student and veterinary general practitioner an excellent summary of imaging modalities used for different areas with the expected emphasis on radiology. for those with a deeper professional interest in imaging it provides some more detailed information. The text is best used as a self study guide, and is less useful as a quick reference to determine the cause of a radiographic abnormality.
