Abstract
Corporate interactive learning is enhanced using the 'SODA' virtual world serious gaming platform. It reaches across digital and mobile platforms creating dynamic, multi-scenario, real-time-variants, with global corporate capacities. The 'SODA' platform allows new capability levels of real-time individual involvements, and provides interactive, multi-participant-sharing of resources. SODA delivers competitive, interactive serious gaming upskilling and new knowledge capture. It overcomes flaws in past multi-participant, multiplatforms and overcomes mobility constraints. It offers new corporate learning solutions and/or prototyping of selected technical (and/or non-technical) stakeholders.
