Abstract

[Extract] This chapter explores from a legal perspective the nature of cloning as a therapy. It will examine the issue of whether therapeutic cloning is different in kind from other therapies, and the consequences of those differences from a liability perspective. This chapter has Australian law as its focus, bu twill have relevance for other common law jurisdictions.
