Abstract
[Extract] The appellant, accompanied by two others, went to a house for the purpose of obtaining money and marijuana. He was armed with a sawn-off shotgun that was loaded and cocked ready to fire . The appellant forced his way into the house and proceeded to strike the owner about the head with the butt of the gun until the owner was knocked unconscious. He then turned his attention to two people who were visiting the owner. After a brief verbal dispute the appellant put the gun to the he~d of one of the visitors. The gun discharged killing the victim with a single shot.
