Abstract
Neil Dunbar examined the legality of UEFA's Financial Fair Play Regulations imposed upon European football clubs. The thesis conclusion is that the regulations are valid, though it is suggested UEFA can make some amendments, such as increasing the size of its solidarity fund to help smaller clubs.
