Abstract

[Extract] the company visits in Singapore and Malyasia have provided insights on the current state of mangaging a shared service center in these countries. In this conclusion, we briefly summarize selected insights on the two countries as a location for shared service centres (SSCs) as well as some challenges and trends observed across several SSCs in our study.
