Abstract

Adolescent mental health education is important within the context of enhancing the social construction of ideology in China. It is also important for adolescent development in that good mental health is central to healthy development in adolescence. This article explores the mental health issues that young people face and provides suggestions in developing educational programs on mental health in adolescence.
