Abstract

[Extract] Aided by economic, technological, epistemological and pedagogical developments, the comparative study of industrial relations has become increasingly established as a discipline in the past decade or so. In the 1980s, several teachers and researchers (and their publishers) felt confident enough to produce texts to support academic courses, the second edition of one of which is reviewed here.
